Return Policy

 

If you think you have received a wrong citem instead of the one what you have been ordered and wants the right item to be dispatched, then please write to us we will deliver the right item. Our courier person will collect the wrong item which has been delivered to you. You don't need to pay anything extra for the return.

If you think the item/chocolate which has been delivered to you is spoiled and no more usable, then send a return request to our email address. We will ship better-conditioned chocolate. The spoiled chocolate will be collected by our courier people at no extra cost.

 

Refund Policy

If you think your product not been delivered at all even in maximum 15 days of time. The please write to us for a refund, we will refund 100% money back. The refunded money will be credited to your bank/credit card account in maximum 5 working days.

If you think you have been delivered wrong item or the item which has been delivered to is spoiled and no more usable. In this case if you want a refund instead of Return/Exchange, then please write to us, our courier person will collect the item, once we check the condition of the item when it receives us, we will refund you 100% money back without any questions. The refunded money will be credited to your bank/credit card account in maximum 5 working days.

If the customer provides a wrong address or incomplete, if this causes a delay in the delivery, then Chocolate Mantra is not responsible for it. Hence, we request please provide proper address along with contact numbers.

Last but not least, if you don't like our chocolates, we will offer you 100% money back. The money will be credited to your bank/credit card automatically.

 

Cancel Policy

If you think you have ordered a wrong item, if you request us within 12hrs of the time of purchase. We will not ship the item and we will refund 100% money back. After 12hrs of purchase if you fail to send a cancel email, we will not continue the return policy, since the product might have been shipped by the time. When you cancel the order, make sure you submit a proper reason, without a proper reason cancellation, will not be accepted. We make every chocolate after we get the order; canceling any order will affect us. We expect your cooperation in this regard. The refunded money will be credited to your bank/credit card account in maximum 5 working days.
